Attorney Kevin McCann retired after a 25-year career as a federal agent with the U.S. Treasury Department (10 years) and the U.S. Justice Department (15 years), with eight years performing in a supervisory and managerial capacity.  Mr. McCann brings to his clients his vast knowledge and experience that he gained during a quarter century of perfecting hundreds of complex criminal cases and participating in hundreds of successful criminal prosecutions.  Due to his exceptional law enforcement and legal training and experience, Mr. McCann knows the best ways to put together the strongest cases, the best ways to gather evidence to support his cases, and the best ways to identify and exploit the weaknesses in opponents' cases. A third generation lawyer, following in the footsteps of his father and paternal grandfather, Mr. McCann has been exposed to and participated in all aspects of the legal profession during his entire life.  Mr. McCann's father has been practicing law for over 50 years and specializes in the same areas of practice as Mr. McCann.  Mr. McCann is actively involved in several charitable organizations, provides pro-bono legal services to indigent members of said organizations, serves as the Chairman of the Brevard County Board of Adjustment, serves as the Regional Director his federal retirement association, and is an active member of the Elder Board of his church. 

Since 2010, Mr. McCann has been affiliated with a large prominent Central Florida architecture firm, which provides commercial and retail architectural services nationwide.  Mr. McCann serves as a business consultant and a legal advisor to this firm.

Since 2011, Mr. McCann has been affiliated with a large manufacturer of high-end vehicle and furniture care products, which manufactures and distributes top quality, well-known household products nationwide. Mr. McCann serves as the legal advisor and in-house counsel to this corporation.
